The St. Tammany Parish Major Arcana Deck
In this ongoing and evolving body of work developed within the framework of the Major Arcana Tarot deck, Osborne examines both the interconnectedness and fragmentation of human beings as well as the ways we construct and interpret narratives about our lives.
Osborne’s multimedia series incorporates elements of painting, collage, and photography, the latter of which is sourced from his international travels as part of his film and television production career. In his art installations, Osborne also incorporates elements of performance and immersive art, sculpture, and, most recently, artificial intelligence.
Osborne is currently working on a new deck which will be the foundation of an upcoming immersive art installation that features interactions with the artist himself as well as Tarot readings conducted by artificial intelligence.
